We are a family owned and operated real estate brokerage, based in Bakersfield, California.
Eden Realty was founded by Greg Davis in 2004, and has decades of experience brokering residential properties, vacant land, agricultural, industrial, and commercial transactions. Wanting to remain close and work together, Tim and Rebekah obtained their licenses and decided to partake in the family business and continue on with the company name. We believe in strong family relationoships and as such like to treat our clients as though they are part of the family as well.

Tim is who you want on your side when it comes to inspection time since he has a background working in disaster restoration and is an expert when it comes to repairs. He is diligent, detail oriented, versatile, and committed to serving the needs of all of his clients. He was born and raised in Bakersfield and when he isn't working, he is spending time with his wife and 6 children. He enjoys going on spontaneous adventures with his family and playing guitar/song writing. You can actually catch him sometimes at an open mic night at some of your favorite local spots.

Rebekah was born and raised in Bakersfield. Wanting to experience life outside of this town, she ended up working in the entertainment industry in LA/OC and eventually made her way to real estate. She spent time honing her craft there on various real estate teams and ultimately returned back to Bakersfield to raise her own family and establish her career in a place that felt like home. Her innate ability to provide superior attention to detail ensures that every client receives celebrity treatment. Rebekah’s primary goal is to foster meaningful relationships and give her clients a pleasant and seamless experience that exceeds all desired expectations.
